Cooking has always been my passion. I love experimenting with new flavors and ingredients. There is always something new to learn in the kitchen.
After many years working in restaurants, I am now bringing my skills as a chef to individual homes and local cooking schools. I love sharing my food and knowledge with people of all ages. I don't want to teach recipes - I want everyone to understand and respect the art and science of food and have basic
cooking skills. I strive to create beautiful,
refined food where the ingredients
dictate the flavors.
