CATERING AND EVENTS
Chef Craig recognizes that it is an honor and privilege to be invited into
homes and businesses to share his culinary talents.
He offers a variety of personal chef services in your home or venue for most events;
for example, and intimate dinner for 2, a formal dinner party for 8,
a corporate lunch for 14, or a cocktail party for 30.
After a brief consultation, Chef Craig will create a unique menu and service plan to meet your needs. He will work with you to ensure every detail is covered. Everything is made from scratch and meal preferences and restrictions will be built in to the services.
Due to the wide range of services and needs of his clients, pricing can vary greatly.
Food preferences, styles, presentation, number of guests and courses all
contribute to your final estimate. As a general rule, chef services start at $30/hour,
with a minimum of 4 hours. Food costs, extra staff, and rentals are additional fees.
